A flexible market research company with large capacity

Fredrik Fürst, the owner of the company, has for more than 25 years carried out all kinds of market research, especially for the travel industry. The company carrie out all kind of surveys such as customer surveys, development of product-concepts, employee satisfaction studies, campaign tests, b2b surveys and so on. 

The company has capacity to carry out face-to-face interviews (nationwide), interviews by telephone (40 CATI-stations), internet surveys, postal questionnaires, in-depth interviews as well as focus groups and desk research.

We also conduct all kind of Mystery Shopping and we are a member of MSPA, Mystery Shopping Providers Association Europe(www.mysteryshop.org/europe).

Fürst Scandinavian Research carries out a number of branch surveys especially for the travel industry such as the Grand Travel Award ( travel agency survey) and the Big Travel Award.
Fürst Scandinavian Research is also one of the initiators of the Programme for developing service and quality, SSQ-Award, Scandinavian Service and Quality Award (www.ssq-award.net).

Fürst Scandinavian Research has also great possibilities through its international network to carry out surveys in other countries.

As a serious market research company we are of course also a member of ESOMAR (www.esomar.org). ESOMAR is the world organisation for enabling better research into markets, consumers and societies.
